Terms & Conditions — House Reservations
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your stay at Quinta Vale do Armo House, operated by Quinta Vale do Armo – Vinhos e Turismo, Lda. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Reservations
Reservations can be made online, by phone (+351 960 360 712*), or via email (reservas@valedoarmo.com).
Quinta Vale do Armo House reserves the right to refuse reservations for reasons of availability or other legal grounds.
A reservation is only considered confirmed upon confirmation by email. Booking Guarantee with payment, before your stay.
2. Payment & Pricing
Individual Reservations: A 100% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
Payment Methods: Bank transfer, Revolut, MBWay, credit/debit cards (TBC), PayPal, or cash (EUR only).
VAT: Included (PT 502 390 441).
3. Cancellation Policy
Guest Cancellation:
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival (by noon).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged in full.
All cancellations must be sent to: reservas@valedoarmo.com or call +351 960 360 712*
Host Cancellation: Full refund provided if Quinta Vale do Armo cancels.
4. Check-In/Check-Out
Check-In: between 3 pm and 6 pm.
Early arrivals are subject to availability.
Check-Out: before 11 am.
Late check-outs are subject to availability, and fees may apply.
5. House Rules
No smoking indoors (designated areas only).
No pets are allowed.
Noise restrictions (quiet hours enforced per local laws).
Guests are liable for damages to property.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
Quinta Vale do Armo is not responsible for:
Loss/theft of guest valuables.
Interruptions (e.g., utilities, Wi-Fi) beyond our control.
Force Majeure: No liability for cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
7. Data Privacy
Personal data is processed under GDPR and Portuguese Law (Law 58/2019). See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Lisbon courts.
