Terms & Conditions \u2014 House Reservations<\/h2>\n

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your stay at Quinta Vale do Armo House, with the number 177320\/AL, operated by Quinta Vale do Armo \u2013 Vinhos e Turismo, Lda. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these Terms.<\/p>\n

1. Reservations<\/h4>\n

Reservations can be made online, by phone (+351 960 360 712*), or via email (reservas@valedoarmo.com<\/a>).
\nQuinta Vale do Armo House reserves the right to refuse reservations for reasons of availability or other legal grounds.
\nA reservation is only considered confirmed upon confirmation by email. Booking Guarantee with payment, before your stay.<\/p>\n

2. Payment & Pricing<\/h4>\n

Individual Reservations: A 100% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
\nPayment Methods: Bank transfer, Revolut, MBWay, credit\/debit cards (TBC), PayPal, or cash (EUR only).
\nVAT: Included (PT 502 390 441).<\/p>\n

3. Cancellation Policy<\/h4>\n

Guest Cancellation:
\nFree cancellation up to 30 days before arrival (by noon).
\nCancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged in full.
\nAll cancellations must be sent to: reservas@valedoarmo.com<\/a> or call +351 960 360 712*
\nHost Cancellation: Full refund provided if Quinta Vale do Armo cancels.<\/p>\n

4. Check-In\/Check-Out<\/h4>\n

Check-In: between 3 pm and 6 pm.
\nEarly arrivals are subject to availability.
\nCheck-Out: before 11 am.
\nLate check-outs are subject to availability, and fees may apply.<\/p>\n

5. House Rules<\/h4>\n

No smoking indoors (designated areas only).
\nNo pets are allowed.
\nNoise restrictions (quiet hours enforced per local laws).
\nGuests are liable for damages to property.<\/p>\n

6. Liability & Disclaimers<\/h4>\n

Quinta Vale do Armo is not responsible for:
\nLoss\/theft of guest valuables.
\nInterruptions (e.g., utilities, Wi-Fi) beyond our control.
\nForce Majeure: No liability for cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.<\/p>\n

7. Data Privacy<\/h4>\n

Personal data is processed under GDPR and Portuguese Law (Law 58\/2019). See our Privacy Policy for details.<\/p>\n

8. Governing Law<\/h4>\n

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Lisbon courts.<\/p>\n
