1.1 The general conditions presented, updated in June 2024, are intended for the contact form, booking forms and the other elements referred to therein, to regulate the terms and conditions under which the provision of the services of Quinta Vale do Armo \u2013 Vinhos e Turismo, Lda, with the address Estrada de Entrevinhas, Sardoal, Portugal, under the tax identification number n\u00ba 502 390 441, hereinafter referred to as Quinta Vale do Armo.<\/p>\n

1.2 A compra de qualquer produto que esteja dispon\u00edvel neste website implica a aceita\u00e7\u00e3o dos presentes Termos e Condi\u00e7\u00f5es Gerais.<\/p>\n

1.3 Todas e quaisquer bebidas alco\u00f3licas dispon\u00edveis para venda no site da Quinta Vale do Armo s\u00f3 podem ser adquiridas por pessoas maiores de idade no seu pa\u00eds de resid\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

2. Informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre pre\u00e7os, produtos e conte\u00fados<\/h2>\n

2.1 A Quinta Vale do Armo reserva-se o direito de modificar, a qualquer momento e sem aviso pr\u00e9vio, o conte\u00fado relacionado com ofertas comerciais e informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre produtos, pre\u00e7os, promo\u00e7\u00f5es, condi\u00e7\u00f5es comerciais e servi\u00e7os.<\/p>\n

2.2 As imagens dos produtos podem apresentar diferen\u00e7as no produto entregue, resultantes de altera\u00e7\u00f5es efetuadas por produtores e marcas devido a altera\u00e7\u00f5es nos anos de colheita, estando estes mesmos produtos tamb\u00e9m sujeitos a rutura de stock.<\/p>\n

2.3 Despite the efforts of Quinta Vale do Armo, some products may have an inaccurate price, which is why the company checks prices every time it carries out the processing of orders. Consequently, the prices presented in Quinta Vale do Armo are merely indicative and do not constitute a contractual tender. If the actual price of the product is lower than the advertised price, Quinta Vale do Armo will return the difference. If the price is higher, Quinta Vale do Armo will inform the customer of such a situation by email or telephone and will await their decision to accept the new price or cancel the order within 15 days by email.<\/p>\n

2.4 Under Portuguese law, all prices shown in Quinta Vale do Armo include their VAT rates in force, unless otherwise indicated.
